The perfect snack while crossing from one island to
the next is Jerk Chicken.
Take chicken legs, marinate with Walkerswood
Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - "Hot and
Spicy". Before cruising - bake until done. Set aside
and wait until
hungry - serve at room temperature with lots of
napkins.
Best served with icy cold Carib - a local beer.
