THE YACHT

The M/Y Loon has six spacious cabins accommodating up to 12 guests.  She is the perfect yacht for couples wanting to enjoy a yachting holiday on the water and not have one or two couples get stuck in the twin bedded cabins as all six cabins can offer King or Queen beds: FIVE king beds and ONE queen.  Of course, if there are kids or those that want twin bedded accommodations – three of the staterooms can be ‘converted’ to twins making this the perfect yacht for flexible accommodations for any type of group.   

In addition to the spacious 155′ yacht, you will have a 43′ Everglades tender with FOUR 350 hp engines to take you into the special nooks and bays and idyllic dive spots.

She also features a wide array of water toys ensuring fun will be had by all inclduing 4 SeaDoo Waverunners, Lift Foil, 27′ Slide, 30′ Swimming pool, 2 Seabobs, Flyboard, Kite surfing gear and lots more toys to keep you and your guests occupied and happy.  

THE  EXUMAS OF THE BAHAMAS

Of the 700 islands that make up The Bahamas, the Exumas is repeatedly a favorite destination.  In addition to some of best diving in the world, they feature swimming pigs, (yes, some pigs DO swim),  an opportunity to swim with sharks and a visit to the Blue Grotto, the film site of the Bond movie, Never Say Never Again.  

Trivia note – did you now that the word ‘The’ is officially part of the name of The Bahamas?  The word ‘the’ is officially in the name of only two countries in the world:  The Bahamas and The Gambia.

Your week of exploring includes: a visit to Norman Cay which was once run by the Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar; a visit to the incredibly beautiful Exumas Land and Sea Park; a shark dive in Danger Cay; a visit to Compass cay to swim with the Nurse Sharks; a morning with the famous Swimming Pigs – not all pigs swim but ours do!!; a visit to Thunderball Grotto; ending your week-long private yacht charter with a walk on the mile long sand bar of Staniel Cay that only surfaces during low tide.  And if you’re lucky and you can time it perfectly, Captain Paul as a great secret spot where you can swim with local Bahamian green turtles.
